Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Goldmann LLC handles information in connection with the 123 Scanner Vault application for iPhone and iPad.
On-Device Processing
123 Scanner Vault is designed so scans are processed locally on your device. Your documents are intended to stay on your device in encrypted folders you control. The app does not upload your scanned documents to Goldmann LLC servers for storage.
Information Collection
Depending on how you use the app and support channels, we may process:
- Information you choose to submit when contacting support
- Basic App Store diagnostics or crash information provided by Apple, if enabled by your device settings
- Device and operating system information needed for support
We do not sell your personal information.
Permissions
Camera access is used for document scanning. Biometric authentication (Touch ID / Face ID) may be used to protect vault access when you enable those options.
Children's Privacy
123 Scanner Vault is not directed to children under 13.
